Our flavors
Malai
Our one of the most highly rated and demanded flavor. This is one of the most simple and oldest Malai Kulfi flavors with a tint of Cardamom which enhances its taste.
Kaju Badam
Unique flavor loaded with freshly chopped nuts which give a rich taste to the Kulfi and make it one of the most popular Kulfi flavors.
Mango
Prepared from fresh Mango pulp which gives the perfect texture to kulfi and is filled with the richness of Mango. The richness of Mangoes, fresh cream, and sugar perfectly blended all together to give you a perfect experience of Mango Kulfi.
Pistachio

1987
The Beginning
In 1987, an Indian family famous for their traditional Kulfi recipe decided to take their family legacy of making the most delicious Kulfi overseas. Our passion & love for keeping family traditions and roots bound inspired us to start a new journey to bring traditional Indian dessert Kulfi to a global platter. The journey from 0 to 1 wasn’t that easy finding the finest ingredients, following the traditional recipe for preparing Kulfi, and creating magical flavors that can completely change the definition of frozen desserts in Canada.
1998
Building The Brand KESAR
The journey of creating a successful brand that outshines in the International market, in terms of quality standards, and also aiming to expand its roots by building a strong network of the retail market. KESAR expanded its product range over the time of 10 years by adding Veg Soya Chaap which is a very popular substitute for meat. It is made of flour but mimics the texture of chicken or meat. It is high in protein and is cooked either as a gravy or as various tandoori options such as Malai Chaap, Achari Chaap, Hariyali Tikka, etc.
